Attached are entry forms for the 2022-23 LFA competitions and as you can see, they will be accepted as scanned forms with fee paid into bank account
Forms attached are for LFA Junior Cup, Junior Shield and Youths Cup with Under Nineteen to be sent out later this week
Can you forward these forms to your clubs and post on website, social media, etc
I did try to set up a Microsoft Forms option for these entries but it had no workable option for payments and would have caused confusion
